How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website, by phone, or by email. Online booking is available 24/7 for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equivalent to one night's stay.
Do you require a deposit?
A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations. Some rates or special offers may require a deposit.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Do you have airport transfer service?
Yes, we offer airport transfer services. Please contact us in advance to arrange pickup from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Is parking available?
Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for all our guests throughout their stay.
